Initially, the organizational structure of the company was the classic flat structure where the general manager and owner, and the chief of divisions were on top; and the remaining staff members were below them. As time went by, the company acquired a totally different scheme regarding organization and work ethics.
Today, the company´s organizational structure is the inverted pyramid, departing from the classic pyramid scheme. In this manner, through talks and other methods, we have made the staff members aware that the most important thing in our daily work is the client that we have every day: the cattle. This has a double benefit: making the staff members aware of their work, and the well being of the animals.
